Lemon Feta Dip

October 10, 2012 Leave a Comment

Jump to Recipe·Print Recipe

We absolutely love this dip, it is bright and bold and full of delicious Mediterranean flavors. The fresh thyme and tangy lemon perfectly compliment the salty feta. For a sweet twist serve with sliced fresh figs or dates along with crunchy pita crackers or chips. If you want to stick with salty, serve with some amazing Greek olives. If you have any leftover try it as a panini spread.
