Amen Wardy’s: Spicy Corn & Crab Dip

This is one of my Dad’s best creations, he starts with a jar of his Amen Wardy, spicy corn relish and combines it with large firm shrimp, lump crab, creamy avocado, fresh cilantro and lime. The combination of ingredients is fantastic and everybody always loves it! He has  received so many requests for this recipe that we just had to post it! We hope you enjoy…

Amen Wardy’s: Spicy Corn & Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 116 oz. jar of Amen Wardy’s “Spicy Corn Relish”,
  • 116 oz. can of Blue Lump Jumbo Crab Meat
  • 8 large cooked shrimp
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro
  • 1 T of chopped fresh jalapeño or Amen Wardy, “Spicy Jazzy Jalapeños”
  • Corn Tortilla Chips

Instructions

  1. Drain Blue Lump Jumbo Crab Meat
  2. Cut each shrimp into cut into 3-4 pieces
  3. Cut avocado into small cubes
  4. Juice the lime
  5. Chop the cilantro
  6. Gently mix all ingredients together, to make a great chunky party dip. Serve with a good quality corn tortilla chip.
